An unlined jacket in natural, undyed cotton canvas with press-stud fastening and two flap pockets. The flecks are cotton seed, not dirt.
Worth knowing
Unlined canvas is not waterproof and not warm on its own; it is a dry-weather layer. Ecru also marks easily – it is meant to wear in, not stay pristine.

The ecru is cotton left undyed, so the small dark flecks you can see are bits of seed husk that stay in unbleached canvas. They are part of the cloth. The 12 oz weight starts stiff and breaks in like denim, softening at the elbows and pockets over a few months.
